Rolled Collar
Nyltite Rolled Collars fit under the heads of screws nuts, rivets or the like. Their design provides a lock-and-seal mechanism that makes them far superior to any conventional washer.

Headed Sleeve
The Headed Sleeve fits on a screw, bolt, rivet or simply in a hole without a screw. When used with a screw or rivet, the Headed Sleeve and screw (or rivet) work together under pressure to form an ideal fastener and seal.

Flat-headed Sleeve
The Flat Headed Sleeve is similar to the Headed Sleeve except the rolled head is flattened, making the envelope smaller, making it useful for applications where space is critical and providing more material under the head.

Unheaded Sleeve
Un-headed Sleeves are lengths of tough, thin-wall, nylon tubing cut to the length required for your specific application. Un-headed Sleeves are used as spacers, grommets, bushings, bearings and as insulators for screws and solderless connections.

Snap Bushing
The Snap Bushing is a hole- liner designed to stay in place with no pressure. It functions as an electrical insulator, mechanical isolator, grommet, bearing or bushing. Once inserted into the hole the head and the bulge keep the bushing in its intended position.

Double Wall Bushing
The Double Wall Bushings can be used as a sleeve bushing or feed through liner. When used as an isolator or insulator, the double wall allows more forgiveness when attaching to a mating part as clearances may be larger, the nylon will compress to fill voids.
